Technip has two contracts with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. for its diesel hydrotreater project in the Visakh refinery, on the east coast of India. The two contracts are scheduled to be completed by the first half of 2012. The first, worth approximately 50 million, covers the license as well as the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) for a hydrogen-generation unit with a capacity of 36,000 tpy. The second contract, worth around 65 million, is for the EPCC of a diesel hydrotreater unit with a capacity of 2.2 million tpy.
