MILAN, Italy -- The 2013 version of the annual International
Refining and Petrochemical Conference (IRPC) will
be held in New Delhi, India, event organizers confirmed on

according to Gulf Publishing Company CEO John Royall. However,
the event is certain to head to India for the first time, he

The idea is to put together the number one technical
forum in the world for professionals in the downstream
industry, said Royall.

The 2012 edition of IRPC, held in Milan, was the most
successful year yet for the conference.
Over 500 attendees were confirmed for the three-day event,
where over 40 presentations were given and more than 40
sponsors and exhibitors set up information booths.
Special focus was given to heavy oil conversion techniques,
a particularly relevant theme given the recent changes in crude
supply dynamics, said Royall.
