Saipem has signed a lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract with Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical for the naphtha and aromatics package of the PETRORabigh II Project, expanding the integrated refinery and petrochemicals complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.
