Kuwait Petroleum International, known as Q8, and South
Koreas SK Energy have inked a memorandum of understanding
to develop a refinery and a petrochemical complex in Indonesia,
state-run Kuwait News Agency, or KUNA, reported this week.
The refinery will have a capacity to
process between 200,000 and 300,000 bpd of Kuwaiti crude oil
and will be located inside the petrochemical complex.
