HOUSTON -- Downstream executives and key market players descended upon the River Oaks Country Club this past Friday (Oct. 19) for Hydrocarbon Processing's  39th annual  HPI Forecast and Breakfast.

The event marked the annual release of the HPI Market Data book, a 98-page issue with keen market insight into sectors such as refining, natural gas/LNG, petrochemicals, maintenance/equipment and health, safety and environment.

Each year, company leaders rely on the information from the book to refine their marketing strategies, recognize emerging trends and discover new opportunities and areas of growth.

At the Oct. 19 event, magazine editors unveiled their forecast for the coming year, which includes a projected 3.6% increase in yearly HPI spending. Further forecast details can be found in the news story for the event.

Included below are select images from the breakfast presentation.

Numerous attendees took the opportunity to network at the pre-breakfast coffee reception.
