Dana Gas said that it has rebuilt an LPG loading and dispatch facility at the Khor Mor field, located in the northern Iraqi Kurdistan region.

The $15 million project included reconstructing the facility after an accident caused by a third-party tanker operator last year as well as upgrading it, the company said in a statement emailed to Dow Jones Newswires.

It also said that it has boosted output to 80,000 bpd of oil equivalent from the field from 70,000 bpd last year.

Dana Gas and its partners have invested some $1 billion in Iraq's Kurdistan, where it is producing gas from the Khor Mor in a joint venture with Crescent Petroleum, OMV and MOL.

Since the start of production in 2008, the company and its partners have produced some 415 Bcf of gas and 18 MMbbl of condensate and liquids, it said.

The produced gas is fed to power stations in the semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan that is currently producing some 2,000 megawatts, the statement said.
