PORT ARTHUR (Bloomberg) -- Valero Energy
plans to perform maintenance in late 2014 at its refinery in Port Arthur, Texas, a
person familiar with a schedule for work said.
The work during the United States autumn at the 310,000 bpd
refinery will include a fluid
catalytic cracker, said the person, who asked not to be
identified because the information isnt public.
Bill Day, a Valero spokesman in San Antonio, said by e-mail
that any turnaround will be included in one of the
companys turnaround schedules released each quarter.

produces gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and petrochemicals, and distributes them
