According to the US Energy Information Administrations
Short-Term Energy Outlook February 2014, forecast
global petroleum and other liquids supply will increase by 1.7
million bpd (MMbpd) in 2014 and 1.4 MMbpd in 2015, with most of
the growth coming from countries outside of the Organization of
the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). The Americasin
particular the US, Canada and Brazilwill account for much
of this growth.
