CB&I wins Wheatstone LNG work in Australia

CB&I has been awarded a contract by Bechtel valued in excess of $625 million to provide structural, mechanical and piping construction work for all outside battery limits modules and associated units for the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project at Ashburton North in Western Australia.

Modules don't align - yes.

What is Bechtel thinking? Do you see CB&I working with Bechtel in bidding for all these LNG plants in USA and abroad? NO, b/c they are now direct competitors.

The only thing CB&I will give Bechtel is a large change order at the end of the project. Good luck eating that Bechtel.
