Most folks dont know it, but the epicenter for high-level downstream refining safety discussions during late October was in the land where the Aggie roams freely. That would, of course, be College Station, Texas, where Texas A&Ms Mary Kay OConnor Process Safety Center hosted its annual international symposium on safety.
