This is a very good concept however the real challenge lies in implementation without impacting production/"Extra Precaution" from the perspective of (I) The process impact information which is with the licensor, who in most cases may not like to make it public/share his worst case scenario (ii) Plant Production and operations , who have to run operation considering its practical/day to day constraints of operating in shifts with varied skill set operators + Support from his service departments like mechanical, Instrumentation and controls and (iii) The OEM data sheets and recommended operating conditions as well as maintenance schedule.
