Leading the way in some professions can be a very challenging proposition, but for Catalyst Services the role of being first has become a habit. A strong commitment to providing customers with high quality service and performance is the reason for our success and our “reputation based” growth. Catalyst Services was established in 1973 as an extension of its parent company, CEDA International Corporation. Our standards of quality service have allowed us to grow and increase our capacity to meet our customers’ needs in North America and around the world. We take the time to understand the project, develop an accurate sequence plan, initiate realistic schedules and monitor the project to ensure a safe, on-time completion, and full customer satisfaction. Our aggressive equipment maintenance program provides the highest standards of performance and reliability. We are setting the benchmarks and changing the way our industry thinks! Catalyst Services offers a full line of services for all catalyst processes in the refining and petrochemical industries. Our "state-of-the-art” equipment provides efficient vacuuming, IDLH vessel entry, specialty loading capabilities and hazardous materials handling. We have a highly qualified and experienced staff who can provide field-troubleshooting service to help solve your problems. We work as a team with your plant engineers, operators and contractors and zero in on the most cost effective solutions that translate into real savings of your maintenance and process dollars. As a quality service company, we provide emergency coverage with a proven track record of reliability, productivity and performance. Whether it is using our SoftLoad technology or DENSICAT loading processes, we have the professionals and the equipment to meet your specific needs. As the originators of the "Life Support Control Room" concept 28 years ago, Catalyst Services houses a fully automated, fail safe breathing system with in-vessel video and environmental monitoring systems in one convenient location in 4, 6 and 8 man configurations. Our "low-attrition-high volume" vacuum systems have been engineered and fabricated "in-house" to allow custom vacuuming into any type of container or Catalyst Services screening units and enclosed conveyors. Our computerized tubular reactor unloading and "multi-tube" reloading systems maximize loading accuracy and consistency while minimizing breakage and dust. At Catalyst Services, we design and build our equipment to meet your changing needs. Catalysts,Classification

Colfax Americas Engineered Systems collaborates with customers around the world and other Colfax divisions to design and deliver custom skids and packaged systems that solve unique and often complex business challenges. Headquartered in Monroe, North Carolina, the group of engineering and hydraulics experts stands ready to produce the drawings, designs, documentation and made-to-order packaged solutions for Oil & Gas, General Industrial and other applications. More than a collection of components, packaged systems solutions from Colfax defy the traditional build-to-print role of packagers in the past as well as the conventional wisdom that it is more cost-effective or efficient for companies to design skids and packaged systems themselves, outsourcing only the fabrication. This approach may factor in some labor costs but fails to include others associated with administration, documentation, staging, testing and construction. Known for its lean manufacturing techniques and end-to-end technical support, Colfax Americas Engineered Systems has demonstrated its value on a wide variety of custom skids and packaged systems, delivering not only the application expertise required but both cost and speed efficiencies.  Oil,Purifiers, Rental
