As a licensed, insured professional engineering firm, the Central Engineering Division of CMW has expertise with mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and process (chemical) engineering disciplines. Composed of approximately 40 personnel, this group can provide feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed engineering, technical consulting, EPC, construction management, ASME pressure-vessel design, API tank design, and other engineering-support services as needed. •Custom metal fabrication. As an ASME code fabrication shop with R, S, and U stamps, CMW has approximately 100,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity with the latest technologies to deliver superior product quality. Examples of fabrication projects include pressure vessels, heat exchangers, acid towers, converters, tanks, ductwork, expansion joints, piping, etc. •Critical field supplementary craft labor for outage/turnaround and routine plant maintenance projects. With approximately 350 personnel deployed at any given time, CMW provides the best of the best crafts (Millwrights, Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Iron Workers, and Carpenters) to perform outage or turnaround support on boilers, turbines, rotating equipment, piping, towers, converters, etc. •Comprehensive project planning and scheduling services. With a dedicated team skilled in Microsoft Project and with years of practical application experience, CMW can supplement any maintenance or project planning needs.
