Use this form to request a quote for photocopies of a particular magazine article. Article photocopies are $10 per page and can either be faxed, emailed or mailed to you. If you are unable to identify the magazine issue and article title, an additional $100 research fee will be incurred.

Shipping, Tax, and Payment Options: Shipping charges of 20% of order will be applied for USPS surface mail only. For delivery by Federal Express, UPS, DHL, Airmail or Fax (photocopies only), our Librarian will contact you with a quote. Texas, California and Canada pay applicable tax. All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping. Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, check or bank transfers.
