His expertise in desalting, refining and midstream provides broad-based experience in separations technology. His past roles include various sales and sales management positions. He also worked in technical management for more than 15 years prior to becoming a desalting SME. Mr. Hoffman has 36 years of industry experience, and holds two patents in the solids removal area. He received his BS degree from the University of Louisiana in 1981 and an MBA from the University of Houston in 1985.
