ABB, Houston, Texas, the global technology group, has agreed to sell its Graylock Connector business, a division of ABB Vetco Gray. A company within the ABB Group's oil, gas and petrochemical segment, ABB Vetco Gray is a substantial international supplier of products and systems for oil and gas production and offshore drilling technology. This divesture by ABB is the result of their continuing strategy to divest noncore businesses in order to pursue high technology and knowledge based products and services.
