A recent market study by European Industrial Forecasting Ltd. (EIF) analyzes new project potential, maintenance by end users and the financial performance of contracting and engineering companies. Short term, there will be some recovery in major projects for HPI contractors, however, continuing major changes in the environment will impose further restructuring.    Bad news, good news.
