CMS to expand LNG terminal CMS Trunkline LNG Co., a subsidiary of CMS Energy Corp., is expanding its Lake Charles, Louisiana, liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility. The terminal's send out capacity will be increased from 630-million cfd to 1.2-billion cfd and storage will be expanded to 9-billion ft3. A second LNG unloading dock, a fourth LNG storage tank and additional LNG pumps and vaporizers are also included in the expansion. Construction will begin when approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is received. Operation is planned for first-quarter 2005.
