Foster Wheeler expanding plant Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd. (FWEL) has a front-end engineering and design (FEED), feasibility study and management contract (PMC) with Societe Anonyme Marocaine de L'Industrie du Raffinage (SAMIR), for the expansion of its Mohammedia refinery located near Casablanca, Morocco. The project involves erecting 8 new units, including vacuum distillation, hydrocracking and a hydrogen and sulfur production facility. The PMC covers a project feasibility study, selection of licensors, FEED and cost estimating. FWEL is also preparing documentation for bids to select the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor, and assist in the tendering
