additional role for standards - helping to keep engineering
work in the developed countries by leveraging IT!
EPCs in developing
countries are becoming proficient in performing basic
engineering work for new construction at a cost structure
about 10 - 20% of U.S. costs. These EPCs differentiate the
value of their personnel by insisting on extensive individual
certifications and maintaining high-quality measurements. On
