  Short-term energy markets outlook The WTI crude oil price averaged over $56/bbl in June and is expected to average $59/bbl for third quarter of 2005, according to updated projections from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA). This estimate is approximately $6/bbl higher than EIA's June forecast and $15/bbl above the year-ago level. Worldwide petroleum demand is projected to remain robust during 2005 and 2006, although not as strong as in 2004, says these data. Global oil
