GE Energy has a contractual service agreement providing maintenance services for two GE Frame 6B gas turbines operating at a Gulf Cogeneration Co. Ltd., a Gulf Electric Public Co. Ltd. subsidiary, power plant in Saraburi, Thailand. The contract covers all planned and unplanned maintenance activities for 12 years and also includes high-technology parts uprates with performance guarantees. Gulf Cogeneration Co. operates three cogeneration plants in Thailand based on GE's gas turbines. With this agreement, all six turbines owned by Gulf Electric – including Samutprakarn Cogeneration and Nongkhae Cogeneration – are now covered by contractual service agreements. LG MMA Corp. (LG MMA
