Technip has a project management consulting (PMC) contract with Ecopetrol, Colombia's state oil company. The agreement is worth $50 million and will expand its refinery in Barrancabermeja, Colombia. The contract, on a unit rate and reimbursable (cost plus fee) basis, covers front-end design, detailed engineering and procurement services for the process units, as well as supervising contractor activities for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
