CB&I has a $75 million upgrade contract at a Caribbean oil refinery. CB&I is providing engineering, procurement, construction and management services as well as fabrication services associated with revamping and expanding the refinery's fluid catalytic cracking unit. Also included in the agreement is an 11,500-bpd grassroots liquefied petroleum gas unit using UOP LLC's Merox technology. The upgrade is part of the refinery's gasoline optimization program. Mechanical completion is scheduled in 23 months. Emerson Process Management has a $1.7 million contract with Atlantic LNG.
