Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Pte. Ltd. has a contract (estimated around $38 million) for the supply of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and incoloy pipes, fittings and flanges for the Saudi Kayan olefins plant project. The 1.35 million tpy olefins plant will be erected at the Saudi Kayan cracker complex in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. Kellogg Brown & Root Singapore is responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction management for this project.   The International Petroleum Investment Co.
