BILLY THINNES, News Editor       Comments? Write: BT@HydrocarbonProcessing.com SK Energy is joining with China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (SINOPEC) to build a large-scale petrochemical production complex in Wuhan, China. The plan is to partner in building an ethylene production plant (already under initial construction) with a capacity of 800,000 tpy. The petrochemical complex will enter into operation by the end of 2011, producing key petrochemical products including 300,000-tpy of high density polyethylene, 300,000-tpy of linear low density polyethylene and 400,000-tpy of polypropylen
