Global policies constrain oil supply The world will experience a serious oil supply crunch within 5 to 10 years unless there is a collapse in oil demand. This is the conclusion of an independent analysis from the Chatham House (www.chathamhouse.org.uk). Investment in new supplies has been and will be inadequate.
