The Gas Processors Association (GPA) has hired Matthew Hite as VP of government affairs to lead GPA’s federal advocacy activities and open the GPA Office of Federal Affairs in Washington, DC. Mr. Hite previously served as policy counsel and committee executive to the Environment, Technology and Regulatory Affairs Division at the US Chamber of Commerce and managed the chamber’s Environment and Agriculture Committee. David R. Dunning, Fluor Corp.’s executive VP of business development and strategy, will retire after 37 years in various roles. He will be succeeded by Jose L.
