Summarizing the outcome of the technical evaluation in Part 1 of this technical study (Hydrocarbon Processing June 2016), a tailor-made process route should be chosen for proper C4 hydrocarbon processing to obtain the best benefits from case to case. Three different scenarios—Case 1, Case 2 and Case 3—were presented in Part 1; of these, Case 2 will be used as the reference case for this economic evaluation.
