Reliability: Technology transfer training is most effective for small groups

Training can take many different forms. Naming just a few, we can: Send employees to public courses, conferences and meetings. Arrange for experienced experts to make in-plant presentations at our facility and ask the attendees to turn off their cellular phones for the duration.
