FS-Elliott opens new US compressor service hub

FS-Elliott Co., a leading manufacturer of oil-free centrifugal air and gas compressors, announced today the completion of their 67,000-square-foot service center, located on their campus headquarters in Export, Pennsylvania.

FS-Elliott’s new service center houses the global services group, a team of professionals responsible for providing a full portfolio of support including remote technical assistance, operation and maintenance training, and performance upgrades designed to further improve machinery operation.

The entrance to the facility includes an equipment display, allowing visitors to get an up-close look at the internal components of a centrifugal compressor. Three large meeting rooms, four smaller breakout rooms, and a visitor lounge are available for on-site customer meetings.

Operator and maintenance service training programs will be held in a new training room. Training programs follow a standardized format or a program customized to specific needs, allowing customers to maximize the effectiveness of their compressor equipment and extend its product life, according to company officials.

During these sessions, customers are invited to tour FS-Elliott’s manufacturing and testing facility.

“The relationship with our customers does not end with equipment installation,” said David Tschudy, director of global services for the company. “FS-Elliott offers a full portfolio of after-sale products, from installation supervision to remote or on-site technical support, training programs, and auxiliary upgrades. This allows us to assist our customers in optimizing the efficiency and reliability of their equipment.”

In addition to their headquarters location, FS-Elliott has offices located in Basingstoke, UK; Houston, Texas; Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Los Angeles, California; Pune, India; Shanghai, China; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Taipei, Taiwan.
