Rosneft's Komsomolsk refinery oil intake still offline after maintenance

Russian oil giant Rosneft’s Komsomolsk refinery has not resumed oil intake after the end of its planned maintenance, pipeline monopoly Transneft said, the Interfax news agency reported.

Transneft also said restrictions remained in place on oil intake at Russian oil company Lukoil’s Nizhny Novgorod refinery. The plant suspended its CDU-6 primary crude refining unit from Nov. 13 until Nov. 16, sources told Reuters on Thursday.
