Worker at St. Croix oil refinery restart has Covid-19

 A construction worker helping to restart an idle Caribbean oil refinery tested positive for coronavirus, a local official said.

The worker was part of a team of 3,000 people working on an about $2 billion project aiming to restart the former Hovensa refinery on St. Croix. (Reporting by Gary McWilliams Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
