Russia may ban gasoline exports for a month to stabilize prices

Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service may initiate a one-month ban on gasoline exports to stabilize wholesale prices ahead of the crop-sowing campaign, state news agency TASS reported, quoting the service's deputy head, Vitaly Korolyov.

However, an export ban is only one of several possible solutions to stabilize prices that the antimonopoly service is ready to propose, Korolyov said.
