Pressure relief valve with flame arrester The new Protege diaphragm-type pressure/ vacuum relief valve provides protection against explosion during processing, storing and product movement of inflammable liquids and gases by defloration and detonation flame arrests. The valve provides relief and explosion protection for styrene storage, for other polymerizing products such as acrylyte monomers, on low-pressure cryogenic storage tanks and for storage tanks located in cold climates where icing causes problems with standard type pressure/ vacuum relief valves. Relief valves are available with 3 in., 4 in., and 6 in. flange connections. Set pressure is between 0.05 psi to 2.03 psi. Set vac
