The National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA) held its Annual Meeting in San Antonio from March 21–23. As I have written in the past, this is one of my favorite industry meetings to attend. I get to see many old acquaintances and meet new ones, as well as catch up on the latest technological and industry trends. This year's meeting featured excellent keynote speakers, as well as very interesting management and technical sessions. General session. Robert H.
