Are all environmental issues resolved? Probably not, we have just arrived at the lull before the next storm hits. Much has changed over the last few years, many of the previously promulgated federal and state environmental regulations are now in effect. True, some sections of the CAA and other federal laws are not fully implemented; others are under review. Yet, spending on environment-driven projects seems to have decreased. But adhering to improved environmental performance remains a priority and requires investment.
