AECI Ltd. and
Sasol Chemical Industries
have agreed on terms of which Sasol Chemical Industries will
acquire AECI's 50% interest in the Fedmis Phalaborwa
partnership - subject to approval by the competition
commission. Fedmis Phalaborwa, a joint venture between Sasol
Chemical Industries and AECI Ltd., manufactures and sells
phosphoric acid both locally and internationally - primarily
for fertilizer production
