  LNG supply and demand constraints Europe's gas demand will grow 2.5%/yr, led by the power sector. Indigenous production is likely to peak at 340 Bcm/yr between 2005 and 2010. This is according to recent research from analysts with Purvin & Gertz (www.purvingertz.com). Competition for LNG supplies between Europe and the US may boost prices.
