Flowmeter testing conforms to API 22.2 McCrometer's V-Cone flowmeter conforms to the American Petroleum Institute's API 22.2 Testing Protocol for differential pressure flow-measurement devices. It reportedly requires virtually no recalibration or maintenance over an exceptionally long life. The device accurately measures disturbed flow and doesn't require the upstream and downstream pipe runs of other flowmeters. The compact flowmeter measures liquid, steam or gas. It has a no-moving-parts design, is ideal for tough applications, operates over a flow range of 10:1 and comes in line sizes from 0.5 in. to 120 in. Built-in flow conditioning achieves an accuracy of +0.5%, w
