It's been a year now since I wrote about my slow awakening to climate change and more than 18 months since I predicted that the G8 statement at Gleneagles would "change everything." What an amazing year it's been, and toward the end we're seeing a raft of policy measures from agencies and politicians around the world. The key theme when I was at a conference recently in Brussels was a new benchmark for our industry—carbon efficiency.
