  Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has a contract to provide the basic design package for a 900-tpd sulfur recovery unit (SRU) for the Khursaniyah gas plant in Saudi Arabia. The new SRU will recover sulfur from acid gas feed streams to produce molten elemental sulfur. It will be designed to achieve 99 percent sulfur recovery at the end of a two-year run. This SRU train will be added in parallel to three trains now under construction.
