Technology converts syngas directly to fuels Primus Green Energy’s proprietary STG+ technology combines and improves upon prior commercially proven methanol synthesis and methanol-to-gasoline (MTG) processes into a single-loop process that converts synthesis gas (syngas) directly to gasoline. The STG+ process promises to be more efficient, less expensive to build, and more scalable than other technologies for converting syngas to gasoline. In addition to the gasoline product, the STG+ process can produce jet fuel, diesel and high-value chemicals with simple changes to the catalysts and operating conditions. How STG+ technology works.
