Reliability: Transform ODR-OPPM into a worthwhile initiative

ODR, which stands for operator-driven reliability, has recently morphed into a new arrangement of letters: OPPM. These four letters stand for one-page project management. OPPM’s original premise was that any project or work execution can be reduced to a simple, single-sheet instruction template. An OPPM initiative would, therefore, involve creating and issuing simple, one-page instruction and/or status documents. In its initial phases, the structure of each document was created to perfectly express essential details, communicate those details to upper management, and track project progress.
