R. Grace & Co. has named Jag Reddy as VP of strategy and growth, where he will address key growth priorities, including strengthening the company’s innovation, commercial and manufacturing capabilities. He will report to President and Chief Operating Officer Hudson La Force, who will succeed Fred Festa as CEO. Most recently, Reddy served as VP and General Manager of the water technologies strategic business unit and VP of corporate strategy at Pentair PLC. Mr. Reddy earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Sri Venkateswara University in India; MS degrees in engineering management from Northwestern’s McCormick School of Engineering and industrial engineering from the University o
