As the hydrocarbon processing industry (HPI) moves into the next decade, three regions will be the leaders in new capital construction—Asia, the Middle East and the U.S. These three regions account for approximately 70% of total capital expenditures (CAPEX) in downstream processing capacity construction to 2030.
