Russia's Rosneft to invest 600 mln euros in German downstream sector over next five years

BRUSSELS, (Reuters) - Russia’s Rosneft, which owns downstream assets in Germany including stakes in a number of oil refineries, plans to invest around 600 million euros ($690 million) in the German downstream market, Russian government documents showed.
