ABB awarded major contract from Pemex
ABB Automation Inc. has been awarded a comprehensive control and instrumentation contract by Pemex for the Minatitlan refinery in Veracruz, Mexico. The value of the order is US$9.1 million.
ABB will provide control system, dual shutdown systems, process analyzers and field instrumentation modernization with the latest technology for the refinery as part of Pemex's overall plan to update all of its refining facilities. Pemex is Mexico's state-owned oil product
