Sadhukhan, S.
Susanta Sadhukhan graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from Jadavpur University in lndia. His areas of expertise include plant operations, troubleshooting, personnel management and advanced process control. He has been involved in APC implementation projects with continuous catalytic regeneration reformate (CCR) units, crude distillation units, diesel hydrodesulfurization (DHDS) units and MTBE units, among others. Mr. Sadhukhan is now involved in APC revamp activities for hydrogen generation units and a DHDS unit, as well as APC maintenance activities for other plants in the refinery.
Advanced process control for unsteady-state operation: A lesser-known technique
A goal of all process industries is to run the plant in a steady-state zone of operation, improving optimization and control, and producing more benefits.
Automation: Significant improvement of soft sensor estimation by automation in bias correction
The main objective of any industry is to operate as close as possible to the point where profits are maximized.
