Praveen Dhote is a Chemical Engineer and Consulting Director of Technical Safety at Environmental Resource Management (ERM) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has 24 yr of experience, specializing in process safety management studies, and his extensive experience includes working on projects in Asia, central Africa, the Middle East and the U.S. Dhote has led various process safety studies for more than 18 yr, such as quantitative risk assessment, process hazard analysis, pressure relief analysis and flare header analysis, among others for oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical projects at various locations.
